Prefabricated Metal Web floor cassettes are the ideal choice for projects using MVHR systems or projects with ducted systems running within the floor zone. This engineered, prefabricated, structural floor panel provides a cost-effective solution for constructing floors on site. This system is suitable for timber frame as well as other types of construction. Services can easily be installed within the structure without the need for drilling. Decking is glued and screwed in a factory controlled dry environment reducing squeaks. Safer to construct on site than loose joists and doesn’t require a trad deck system. Generally installed within a couple of hours.
