By demolishing a redundant garage and workshop in the picturesque village of Norton our clients were making way for their forever home. Their main requirement was to create a thermally efficient home with a high EPC rating. By installing a Buildakit panel system they were able to reduce their energy consumption and create a comfortable living environment. The groundwork was already prepared by their building contractor ready for our installation team to install the sole plate on day one.  On day two and captured on time lapse video by a neighbour our client was impressed to see the kit installation completed in just one day .  This is all thanks to the energy, skills and efficiency of our installation team.  Unlike traditional methods of construction, progression of the installation is not weather reliant. The initial designs included an exposed truss therefore this was designed and manufactured inhouse and the feature glulam scissor truss was incorporated into the one day installation program.
