This week Buildakit completed the installation of this low energy annex in Silsden. This architecturally designed highly insulated annex built on a tight sight came with it’s challenges as the site had almost “no” access. Our highly experienced design team used their technical abilities to design an entire home into such a small space – this included incorporating smaller joists and smaller rafters. After a remarkable two and a half days Buildakit’s installation was completed, watertight and awaiting the follow on trades.
